Tournament

The tournament will be carried out this year, from Monday May 28th to Sunday June 3rd, 2007, in the facilities of the Cariari Country Club; more information of the club in the website www.clubcariari.com.

This tournament has been named a CARIARI COUP, and assembles players from the whole world. In the 2005 edition participated players from the following countries: Germany, France, Canada, the United States of America, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela. All the players form part of the World Ranking Junior Circuit of the I.T.F (International Federation of Tennis), group 5.

Points for Juvenile World Ranking:

Singles: Winner	30 points
Finalist	20 points
Semifinalists	15 points
Quarterfinals	10 points
One round winners	5 points

Doubles: Players	20 points each one
Finalists	15 points
Semifinalists	10 points
Quarterfinals	5 points

Interested in the search of valuable opportunities for young national tennis players, the Cariari Country Club as a whole with the Costa Rican Federation of Tennis (F.C.T) initiated the celebration of a Juvenile International tilt in our country.
